Refund Policy

We understand that plans change! Here’s how our refund process works:

✅ Full Refund:

• Cancellations made up to 5 days before the event will receive a 100% refund.

🔁 Partial Refund:

• Cancellations made 3–4 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

⚠️ No Refund:

• If a participant does not attend the event without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
• In case of disqualification (e.g., rule violations), fees are non-refundable.

💡 In Case of Event Cancellation:

• If Placera cancels or postpones the event, all registered participants will receive a full refund or credit for a future event — your choice.
