Event Bookings

How do I book tickets for an event?

Browse events on hisurat, select the event you want to attend, choose your ticket type and quantity, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive confirmation via email and SMS.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Cancellation and modification policies vary by event. Check the specific event's cancellation policy on the event page. Most events allow cancellations up to 24-48 hours before the event.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are sent via email and SMS immediately after successful payment. You can also access them in your account under "My Bookings". Show the QR code at the event entrance.

What if the event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you'll receive a full refund automatically within 5-7 business days. You'll be notified via email and SMS.

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner, enter your email, phone number, and create a password. Verify your email/phone, and you're all set!

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and you'll receive a password reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

How do I update my profile information?

Log in to your account, go to "Profile Settings", and you can update your name, email, phone number, address, and other details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting support at support@hisurat.com. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How can I list my business on hisurat?

Click "List Your Business" in the menu, fill out the business information form with details about your business, upload photos, and submit for verification. Our team will review and approve within 24-48 hours.

Is there a fee to list my business?

Basic business listings are FREE. We also offer premium packages with enhanced visibility, featured placement, and advanced analytics. Check our Advertise page for pricing.

How do I update my business information?

Log in to your business dashboard, click "Edit Business", make your changes, and save. Updates are reflected immediately on the platform.

How can I respond to customer reviews?

Access your business dashboard, go to "Reviews", and you can respond publicly to customer reviews. Engaging with reviews helps build trust.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your complete card details on our servers.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Where can I find my booking invoice?

You can download invoices from your account under "My Bookings". Each booking has a "Download Invoice" option. Invoices are also emailed to you.
