Held in honor of International Yoga Day, this event invites participants across India to run, walk, or jog in their own space and at their own pace β promoting physical well-being and inner peace.
No fixed schedule, no specific location β just your dedication, on your own terms.

β Choose your distance:
- 5 KM
- 10 KM
- 21 KM
β Complete the distance in one go or over multiple days. Example: Break 10 KM into 2 KM/day over 5 days.
β Track your activity using any trusted fitness app like:
Strava, Runkeeper, Nike Run Club, Runtastic, Adidas Running, Garmin, and more.
β Submit your proof via a screenshot clearly showing:

- Distance
- Time taken
