Small Hands Big Feelings

Small Hands Big Feelings is a creative art therapy workshop specially designed for kids aged 6 to 12 years. Children often experience emotions deeply but may not know how to express or manage them. This fun and engaging session helps kids navigate their feelings through drawing, playful activities, and hands-on art exercises. They will learn simple regulation strategies, create their own “Emotion Puppet” and a “Calm Tool” to carry home. The workshop provides a safe, supportive environment where children feel understood and empowered while building confidence to manage emotions in daily life.
